Title: cellar7 wines

 ??? ok are these 7 day wines any good ?? i don't want to waste £30+ on wine that i will throw away !!
can anyone share any words of wisdom

Brewing at the moment ; Strawberry wine x2 , pineapple wine x 1 , rhubarb x1 , redcurrant x1 , orange spiced mead x1 , blackberry mead x 1 (all in this group are made with fresh fruit )
Kit wines; pinot grigio x 1 , and one 30 bottle sav blanc
fruit juice wine; pomegranate x 1

They seem quite happy with the results on the specialist UK homebrew forum. :)

They work very well.
Even though they can be drunk after the 7 day period I would still put 15 bottles of the 30 aside.  Every two weeks try a bottle and record your experience.  Like all reds time improves the flavour and the depth of the taste.
Look around the suppliers, the price varies from £28 through £31.  Also most do free delivery if you spend enough.  That usually only means two or three kits.
