in a month or 2 it will be all systems go in the sowing of seeds etc
just wondering what type of heaters you use in your greenhouses
ive got a paraffin but looking at a friends today i shud have gone for a electric (you was right john).
ive put mine on tonight just to see what temperature i can get it was 6c when i lit it.
(i'm getting quite bored now) :)

i have an old caravan fire solid fuel jobbie i have loads free wood so i can use that .... beach coal washed up regular is a bonus as well
still alive /............

8x10 mate .i have a auto ventilater i just ste it to what temp i want n it lets the heat go

so what temp are you looking at getting in there about 12-14c or more

55f is germinating temp but i wont be doing it for a while i dont sow anything til april really

scrap palllets are good for burningmate ,building sites always have wood to dump  :wink:

not a chance i just bung the blocks on afore i turn in and they go all night i just put a few sticks in and its sorted agin .. i sealed all the windows edges up with silicone n it stops the draughts  bubble film wrap na its a regular hot house i have had toms going til Christmas along with lettuce n stuff for salads
