Get them in quick for any chance of a crop - they should have gone in before now, or at least been started off in modules

I planted some garlic a couple of months ago and nothing has emerged as yet.  I have planted more a couple of weeks ago.  Am I hoping for too much from the first ones?

They'll have been busy making roots and they'll be fine :)

If you are going to grow garlic now then grow a rose variety Printanor would be a good choice they do very well spring planted, in fact I have just planted my garlic out yesterday. If I were you I would start them off in three inch pots in the greenhouse to get them away then later in the spring say late April plant them out. That is the way I do it anyway it gives you more choice of planting time if the weather is bad and the ground is un workable you can wait for better conditions.
