Thank you for your kind words ...

... I like this forum, largely because of the wealth of information but also because it's very welcoming and friendly.

I am the happy little soul you see in the posts and I like that this place takes me as I am.  I have had problems on another (nameless) forum where I was attacked for being false ...  :?   Some peeps are just plain bonkers I say.

I know Muntjac takes the mickey out of me, but I know it's all done in good fun ... and WG, Aidy, Gwiz and others laugh at and with me ... and I like that.

Anyhoo my carpet is now on and it's two layers and one is upside down and the other is upside up.

Bet you're all glad I asked this one ...

I don't actually know what a sheep hit by lightning smells like.  Can you please explain a bit more?

:tongue2:

Its not a chemical type smell, but the better clue is whats left after you light a few small fibres   .If its a grey colour and breaks up easly then its most likly wool.
If its black and hard its poly/nylon

Best test would be to burn a hair off your head. Smell is similar to sheep's wool (or any other animal wool) as it's all natural... Also note what Henry says about grey colour which breaks up easily...
