Yes, maybe. I asked what company they used to deliver and she said 'usually Royal Mail but sometimes TNT'. W heave had Royal Mail deliveries here today already :(

Well, the plants arrived....

I will be able to save half I reckon if I am lucky - so not really BOGOF! The cauliflower is the worst which is what I desperately wanted so extra annoying. It is clear they have been sat in their box for several days - all plants are yellowed and pretty much dried out with some having withered away completely :( really disappointed as obviously it is their delivery service that has let them down.

Their phone lines only operate Mon-Fri so I have taken lots of photos and will get them planted out this afternoon with lots of BFB and water and keep fingers crossed. At least the garlic I have ordered from them can't arrive in the same state..

I know your post is a little old now but did they help you when you contacted them about the condition of your delivery?  Just interested as had heard they a good company and having just got my first plot am interested in suppliers.  Thanks

They said they were willing to send out more but they had sold out. Instead they have me a credit note for 50% of the it's value (unable to do a proper refund( so in the end quite helpful
