Title: Glazing bead
Post by: Fluff on October 19, 2008, 16:54
Reglazing my old greenhouse bought on e bay.

The rubber beading has perished.

It is a simple round 3mm /   1/8 inch  solid rubber bead.

First research on internet comes up with arrow and ring type profile choices.

Anyone have some contacts to buy the version i am after.

Alternative option is to pipe a silicon type bead from a gun on to frame.

Any ideas options would be appreciated.

regards Alan :?

If you do the silicon thing then if you smear a thin line of vaseline on the glass where it contacts the silicon it will then come out easy if you ever need it to.
