Letter G day what can Florence grow today

Ok help. Its letter G day in our house, we have a pile of G books, done some crafts for G but we want to grow something. Could we start a giant sunflower indoors.  ??? What else can we grow today, well start but not finish obviously  :lol:

Well we went for mustard cress.......... Wheres the G in that I hear you shout well there isnt BUT we are Growing it. LOL hey I got creative  ::) I was thinking on my feet. I wanted to make egg heads but egg shells are a no go and I didnt have grass. LOL
