Not grown but just got a bagful from Waitrose.
Looks very pretty but no idea what to use it for.
Any suggestions??

You can add the flowers to salad or summer drinks. It's a very mild cucumbery flavour.

We have it growing wild all over the place! I pop the flowers in ice cube trays or in salads with callendula, nasturtium and viola petals or you can bater and fry young leaves, dont eat the older spiky leaves, bit past it then.
