Hai pawb!

Does anyone have a recipe for lettuce soup. I cut leaves off mine daily to eat but can't seem to keep up. My small ones will be ready pretty soon - I expect it's all the rain, they must like it.

if your lettuce bolts (most do) you can steam them like spinach
