Feels like the first day of autumn, just a bit early!  Sunny, high 22 C, low 12 C tonight, it will stay this way, or slightly warmer, into October.

It is a big improvement over last year, when we had 38 C in early October!

Chucked it down half way through the afternoon for about ten minutes but otherwise warm and bright.  Nice out of the wind but the 'shower' put us off finishing mowing the lawns.

Bright and warm today, though I note that night time temps are set to drop from Wednesday onwards to 7c here so I'll be clearing most of the sensitive stuff up in a few days.

Warm and sunny day but already the temperature has plummeted.

Grey, cool and breezy - now it's drizzling.

It looks like autumn has well and truly arrived - still, we had a nice period before which was cheery.

Tipping down and blowing gale.  Neighbours wheelie bin just blown across the road.  Rain yes, wind no thanks.
