[Plot 1 Problems]

Same as others very windy and chilly out. We went out for our walk before lunch and I regretted not putting on my warm hat!

Yesterday afternoon, as those cold winds blew from the NE, it bought big hail/snow falls.    Today the sun is shining temp.   3 to 7c    still the bitter NNE winds though.

Not as windy or cold today, have just been out and mowed the front lawn.  Did stop after a little while to put some thicker, woolly gloves on as my gardening ones are only thin cotton.

Cool out again today, had a kickabout with the nipper this morning in the garden, had to wear the winter hat.
A couple of little showers this afternoon.

Feels cold at 9 degrees, cloudy but dry.  Warm inside now though, fire’s going strong

Hope it warms up a bit soon, as the c/h has developed a fault. The system pressure had gone into the red, so I've switched it off. Thank goodness for my emergency electric radiators  I'll have to keep a pot on the stove for water for hand-washing. This is going to be fun (NOT!)

You can manually repressurise a boiler. There should be two little taps underneath the boiler. If you open them both it will let more water into the  heating pipes and create more pressure.

I think the problem is high pressure rather than low? Is there a plumber on the forum??
