Title: Beer from jerusalem artichoke

Any one have a beer recipe for jerusalem artichoke that they can share please? I have looked on the interweb and had no luck

Soup is pretty good :) or in a casserole....  :unsure:

I think there are some flavours that might not make a good wine. Not too many, but that might be one.....

Are you doing an all grain brew or a kit|??
 I like to experiment but......! Can only think you'd boil the J.A.'s up for half hour and add the liquid to your brew. Cheers Tony.

Thedadtony - sorry don't which one yet, which would you suggest? Money at the mo is very tight with OH losing his job last week, so we are looking to make use of everything that the allotment has produced so far (which isn't a lot, except for JA's)

I'd go for a cheap bitter kit, I.ve heard those Simply ones at Wilko's are quite good!cheers Tony.
