having problems getting fuel to the engine, cleaned up carburettor but still not working!!

any help or tips??

Hi, there are a great deal of posts on this subject if you search for them .
The carb on a Briggs engine usually has a diaphragm which pump fuel from the tank to a small reservoir within the tank.The main jet tube sucks fuel from here to be used by the engine.Each of these tubes has a filter on the bottom which could be blocked but the most likely cause is the diaphragm its self which can gets hard and  cracks,it then  needs replacing.
