hi all

my first crop of horseradish how do i harvest it do i dig it all up dig down and cut root from the bottom or cut from the top.

Dig up roots as you need them.

I have a load if you want to come and dig it out. I have tried for 4 years to dig it all out but it still keeps popping up.
