[North Devon Dumpling]

That's it, they have said, its far too windy and we are fed up with it and we are NOT comming out    They popped out for breakfast and have now gone back in the hen house and are both in the nest box together, nice and warm and they are staying there.  They never used to mind the weather but I think this perpetual wind has really got on their nerves.  They have lots of nice sheltered places to go when they are out, but they just aren't interested today.  Suppose it is a bit like us sometimes not wanting to get out from under the duvet.

mine hate the wind as well and spend a lot of time under the coop, but they have ventured out today, it is still windy, but no rain yet today, maybe thats what has been keeping them in.
