nope, they're in my front room now, (in the picture)

They've been there for about a week. it is 18°C in here, hopefully that is cool enough to keep growth slow.

if you can get enough light to prevent them from getting etiolated and scraggly, i don't see why not. they usually need > 25°C to germinate though.
