Hi been reading this site for a couple of months and thought id give growing my own a try. So i have built some raised beds in my garden, just thought id post up some before and after pics, think it looks good and really pleased with myself (not too bad for somebody with one arm). Any comments good or bad welcome.

Excellent job - back breaking I'm sure, but the result looks fantastic.

As for an idea of what to grow - definately make some space for butternut squash - it was a huge hit with my family last year and this year we are tripling the amount we're growing

Once again, well done!

Really nice job, Twee, even if you do get twice the blisters as the rest of us    As for crops, what about peas, carrots, toms and peppers? Though you might need a ladder to pick some of them    You're definitely set for carrots as the beds are so high.
