Defra rules regarding feed for poultry

Defra legislation forbids the feeding of mammillion meat and bonemeal to poultry as a result of the BSE crisis:-

Also it is confirmed in this link regarding that the feeding of kitchen scraps - even vegetable scraps is illegal.
