my chickens wont go to bed, they go in the coop during the day, but all hudle up in a corner of the run at bedtime and I have to go out and pick them all up one by one to put in the coop in the dark.  never had this before all my banties go to bed on their own. any ideas welcome

i'll second that. when the flea/mite thing hit mine, at its worst stage they didnt want to go to bed.

thanks for that, what am I looking for are red mite obviouse.  I hosed the coop clean before they arrived and sprayed with neem, which i use for all my animals for bugs, mites, scaly leg.

Remember during the day they are not red - but grey, the red is your chickens blood  .
