Hi all,
Our first year growing peppers in the greenhouse and we have eaten a couple of green ones already 
I went to check on them yesterday and found one of the larger fruit had been eaten away near the stem and was brown inside
On the other type we have there are several small fruit with the same problem, I took them off the plant and opened them up but there was nothing inside, presumably it had eaten its way out, whatever it was!

Has anyone had this issue before and could you tell me what it may be please?

In my greenhouse, it's slugs/snails that do that kind of damage 

In one, yesterday, the slug was till inside when I cut it open ..........................

I have seen a few trails about the greenhouse, time for the "little blue pills of death" methinks!

I had that problem one year (in the UK) and it was a fat green caterpillar, so hunt around for them if slug pellets don't work.

I have got a few caterpillars on mine at the moment, they don't like the stem shaken so every now and again I give the plants stem a good shake and they seem to drop off.
