Pasta bake but a larger version than the one I left OH yesterday.  He loves pasta bake, so was quite happy.  Didnít even notice I sneaked the last couple of courgettes I picked into it either :lol:

Steak & kidney casserole here with a square of puff pastry for himself, carrots,runner beans (as I spied some in the tunnel about ready earlier) possibly broccoli & or cauliflower/cabbage as theyíre all in the fridge. Hmm now Iíve written that itíll be cabbage as thatíll go really well with the gravy  :lol:

Roast chicken few roasties f/beans carrots broccoilli and a few peas, i also made sage and onion stuffing all went down a treat  :D No pud tonight

Substitution bread on todays shopping "Roberts Mega Thick"  :ohmy: 10 slice + crusts in an 800g loaf- It may be a tad thick. Tried a few round in the toaster earlier and made a peanut butter and nutella  sandwich :tongue2:  Not really hungry tonight  :blush:  :lol:

Curry here from a base mix I made a load of and shoved in the freezer.  Added chopped pork medallions (work freebie) and plot greens in and it worked well.  Rice on the side.
