Ive just barrelled 5 gallon John Bull cider.
Bottled 5 gallon of Samson cider,roll on summer :D :D :D :D

Does cider actually last that long?

I thought that home-made cider actually needed a quicker quaffing!

I'm drinking some at the moment that was pressed in 2011, it's in a pressure barrel with some oak chippings,it really does taste too nice! It's like reading a good book, once you start you don't want to stop.
     Talking of books anybody read The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry by Rachel Joyce a great read.

With all the good weather today and some planting and seeding done
think its time to quaff away :D :D
