Don't know if this helps, but these are before & after piccies of Mrs. D's shed window, apologies for the quality, but they are very small parts of an overview of the entire plot.
The whole window was rotten to we took the opportunity to replace the glass with perspex, cut to size to fit the window, width wise, with battens screwed to it to give rigidity & a pane effect. As the perspex wasn't as high as the existing window, a few extra panels were added.

Think this more comes under the heading of 'Design & Construction', so if you hold tight I'll whizz you there so the practical people can see it, there will still be a link in this forum though.

Mrs. D's shed window
Isn't it about time you let her stay in the house?

She brings too much mud in from the plot.

:) That seems fair enough then!

More than equitable - I fixed the window to stop some of the draughts, didn't I?

... I think it might be a good idea, DD, if I take pictures so I can show people what I'm waffling on about.
The window sill extends beyond the edge of the window and into the main body of the shed, so that's the bit that worries me. The frame is more straightforward I kinda hope.
Will post pictures, but I'm hoping you can help me DD ... :D
