I put this Levanda Bush in this year i've just noted this something chewing  The leaves any idea what this can be  Will the bush be okay or will it die

Could be Rosemary beetle damage. They like aromatic plants. Look at RHS web site. Google lavender pests and it will come up. Looks very much like it to me.
