Moving Rhubarb

I need to move 2 Rhubarb Crowns as I have just spent the last couple of months redesigning my Lottie.  My "Gardener's Bible" tells me that the first week in March is a good time however, my question is:

Can I move them into two large square wooden containers - about two feet square and about 2 feet deep.?  By next year I may have a permanent bed to put them in, but it isn't ready yet, so this seems to be the answer to my problem if it is possible.

You can put them into the two big pots. I have done this in the past.  Feed them well and give them LOTS of water.  I'd keep them out of the full sun as thy might wilt badly, and probably not pick them this year (or just a bit early on).  Get them back into the ground as soon as you can.
