Title: Lily bugs

Hello, I am new to this forum and just want to introduce myself as a old starter to a newgarden/veg/fruit plot.  I wanted to ask a question related to lily bugs. I had some lilys with lily bugs and unfortunately I ended up throwing them out as I had a big infestation. They were in pots not in the ground.

I have a small fruit plot and to my horror saw a lily bug on my currant bushes? do they affect other plants too? should I be worried?

Do you mean the red lily beetle?  I believe it's only damaging to members of the lily family, not to currants.
