Title: First time try at growing flowers from seed

Good Evening all,
I am a novice greenhouse owner but an aged hobbyist. at what temperature can i start sowing flower seeds in my unheated greenhouse. i live in the cold north east of England.

Welcome to the forum  :)

You can sow sweet peas now, and most hardy plants in March.
Many plants though, need warmth to germinate, so you might need to germinate them indoors and then move them to the greenhouse, so best to follow the packet advice.

As mumofstig says. Seeds vary in their germination requirements, but generally, most summer flowering plants require a temperature of around 18 - 20 deg. For seed germination.
