Mower Magic is a place where we found some parts for Tecumseh

it might be worth checking the fuel pipes, they can degrade and stick together so fuel cant get through, or the filters on the end can get blocked, some of the filters are built into the petrol tap (they are inside the tank), but its worth checking that out, also check the carburettor for dirt blocking the jets and float valve (if it has one) - there is a manual for these engines in the rotovator manual section.
