Braver soul than me. i don't know one funghi from another unless it is labelled at the shops. But I do love them,so lucky you.

We had a risotto tonight.....was really delish! Going to cook and freeze the rest. There were so many....don't think the fairies and elves will go without!!!
We only pick if we are certain of what they are....don't take any chance. The parasols are easy to identify.
