A friend bought some burnt end brisket in a bourbon sauce from Asda. She said it was very good and the meat very tender. I wonder if you buy this type of brisket and how you cook it, I imagine it needs to be a very slow cook. Can I cube it prior to cooking. thanks, Mrs Bouquet
