Title: Point End Brisket
Post by: mrs bouquet on August 22, 2020, 12:52
A friend bought some burnt end brisket in a bourbon sauce from Asda.    She said it was very good and the meat very tender.   I wonder if you buy this type of brisket and how you cook it, I imagine it needs to be a very slow cook.  Can I cube it prior to cooking.    thanks,   Mrs Bouquet

Best to head to your oldest butcher in town Mrs B.
The university degree mungers wouldn't have a clue!
