Drying in the attic

Done an attic convertion in Jan brrrrrrrrrrrr. Its like an oven now does anyone dry fruit up there please?

Don't now , but did in my last house - has to have some ventilation though, results can be minging otherwise. Have dried bunches of grapes and vine tomatoes - tie em up to a length of stretched twine between two  uprights . Have also done plums in a wicker tray. Keeping them off the ground/floor keeps critters off, cos mice like dried fruit too!
