Lately the egg whites in our eggs are runny like water.Do you have any idea what could be causing this?
                                            Thanks,
                                                      Princess Poultry :)

A week or two...Every egg we eat is from a different day.

How old are the hens.  After about a year of laying the whites do become more runny.  Perfect for sandwiches as they fit the bread nicely  :D

As long aws you want Jack.

The egg white tens to be a bit 'powdery' for about 5 days to a week, and if you want hard boiled eggs the shell will stick to the white until they are about a week old.  But for frying, scrambeling, baking etc. you don't even need them to get cold

Yes, their white will be runnier by now.  That is one of the main reasons that commercial egg layers are "retired" at 72 weeks old.

I don't know...I collect the eggs every night and then put them in the refrigerator. So it's not like their sitting around for days outside and then I eat them...
