Anyone have a link to a site that shows how to tie garlic to form one of those strings that the french have over the cycle handlebars in ello ello ?

I managed a version of this with my shallots at the weekend, by simply tying some garden string round one just above the onion, at the base of the greens, with a knot, then looping the string round the same place of the next, and so on, making sure all the greens were kept together to make the central rope. This would work with garlic too, it's easy when you give it a go!
