Itís worth a go, the dog concerned eats anything fruit and veg wise and has the constitution of an Ox. Our neighbour has a Pear tree that is ancient bordering our garden and itís like a drive through for her, as the Pears hit the ground she is up and running like a Greyhound. I just wish she wouldnít leave bits uneaten as the Wasps and Hornets are a pest.
