I have 3 6 week old cuckoo Moran chicks split under 2 broody Orpingtons 1 of the Orpingtons has started laying again so when can I put the chicks together and the chicks and put the Orpingtons back in the flock?

It is usually best to wait until they are nearly the same size as the adults before mixing. Depending on your set up you could contain them within the hen run so that there is little to no problems when you do put them together or put them within view of the others  :)
Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted!!
