I got his book 100 great bakes and tryed the teacakes , very dissapointed followed the recipe to the letter just dissapointing hubby even commented so ive gone back to my recipie i got from a charity shop they are in at the moment and look good .
pauls recipe has 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt which is too much , the bake was ok so i have 9 to eat hubby can have the new ones .
