Apologies, but I really need to rant......

I have purchased two rolls of greenhouse insulation from Amazon and today received the products from a compnay called Greenhouse Warehouse.
Having received the goods they are not what the advert suggests. The product is flimsy and of poor quality. Having contacted the company directly by telephone regarding the above order that I have received, I was amazed at the tone of the person with whom I spoke. She was rude, flippant and  I so would not reccomend this company to anyone.I agree that the product was not damaged or faulty, but fails to meet the expectation of the advert.
Having also paid for the delivery (£5.95), I did not expect to pay again (£5.95 to be collected and returned) to return it. It is cheaper for me find an alternative product than to pay another sum of money to have it collected. In all honesty the product is not worthy of the description that is attached to it. Add to this the fact that Greenhouse Warehouse are offering the insulation at half price (substantially less than what I paid through Amazon) it feels like my face has been slapped twice!

Report them to Amazon - Distance selling requires refund of carriage too:

Refunds
The retailer must refund the full amount including the delivery
costs as soon as possible after the consumer cancels, and in
any case within 30 days at the latest. You cannot insist on the
goods being received by you before you make a refund.

Wow Aunt Sally this is just the job.
So when I was told that the goods are not faulty and they do match the description (in the sellers opinion) they were in the wrong by stating I had to forfeit the cost of the delivery to me and pay the return cost?
I have posted a response on the Amazon website so I'll see if anything comes of it.

Yana I bought my bubble insulation from QD sores this will be its third winter your nearest is in grays. at least you can see what your buying. Its the big bubble 4 ft wide.

I feel such an idiot as the bubbles are the small ones, it's 75cm wide so I will have to join it and now wondering what on earth possessed me to buy it.
Thanks to all for their comments. Lesson learnt.
As an aside I ordered netting and clear plastic from Scaffolding Direct and it is perfect.
