New Greenhouse
« on: September 18, 2012, 09:26 »
Hi All,

I have a Polytunnel on my plot but I am getting a greenhouse in my back garden in the next couple of weeks.  The greenhouse will have a heated bench and I am just wondering if there is anything that I should/could be starting off in the new greenhouse now,  either flowers or veg as I have an 90 x 30 plot to fill with veg and while the greenhouse is being installed I am also getting the garden redesigned which will give me some fairly big flower boarders to fill!!  I am going for the cottage garden look in the garden - perennials etc.  Should I start things off on the heated bench and move them to the PT for the rest of the winter or should I wait until early in the new year?

You can sow some perennial flowers at this time of year, and then they should flower next year  :)
