Its on this site - might be homebrew, but here it is

Tin condesnsed milk
Cream (Elmlea )- if not then fresh)
whiskey to taste - I use more than the 150ml someone suggested.
2 tablespoons of coffee granules - dissolved in warm water.

Whizz altogether in blender and store in fridge.

I cant remember whether it is a large or small pot of cream

Try it to see if its to your taste, you can add more coffee/whiskey
Enjoy

Mum made some one year but it required some rather expensive ingredients from the homebrew shop - this sounds like a much better plan....(off shopping...)

Just made a test batch, using about 200 ml whisky and the larger size of Elmlea single. I presume Elmlea as it makes the drink less claggy than cream would? Seems promising, might even try it later when its been in the fridge a while ;)

Just had a thought Greenfingers, after your original question was hijacked into a Baileys thread. Is Dooleys not a toffee flavoured drink? Its just that when I was buying the condensed milk, I noticed that they had one called condensed milk Caramel, presumably for very cheats Banoffee. I wonder if that would make a toffee enough flavoured drink, using a recipe along the lines of the Baileys one? :) Just a thought, I haven't tried Dooleys....  ::)

it would certainly be toffee flavored, but it might be a bit thick, nice though
