Wasn't sure what sort of feed (I did put some multipurpose fertiliser in the holes when we planted them), so have stuck with the plenty of water idea.
One is fab, you wouldn't know it had been moved - in fact it's already improving on what it was like at the in-laws - just shows just needed a bit of tlc.
The other one has been holding on, and yesterday I noticed it has started sending out lots of new shoots. From a distance it def looks dead, any ideas when would be the best time to prune of the dead stuff - I won't just yet in case more parts start sprouting - should I leave it until spring?

I prune mine in the spring, but only to shape them, however you can remove the dead leaves anytime

I also feed with liquid fertiliser or top dress with bfb If I have any around (and the dogs arent going in the garden!)
