Yes, I think these or other suitable containers and one of those gardeners trucks. Could be easily done.

The path round to the allotment is a bit lumpy bumpy narrow at parts, quick attack with the strimmer I reckon one of those 4 wheeled trucks with pneumatic tyres would be great. Sling the water on there, with a strimmer and / or any other tools I daren't risk leaving on the plot.

Having used the one at work (which is knackered now, or I would borrow it), it can go up down steps round fairly tight corners alright even when fully loaded.
