I got 2 crops off the planter for salads, and have just started a new one, inside.

Just sown my third small tray of cress

Yep I needed to do something and the wife told me she liked it so as she gets half way consuming one tray I sprinke another and put it on the window cill, kinda small scale practice  for the real thing

Oooohhhh good idea.  I have packets of mustard and cress somewhere.  Will start a windowsill salad bar
