just got a rhubarb still in the pot haw do i go about plating it thanks

dig a hole, take out of pot, put in hole.................sorry couldn't resist doesn't really need any special treatment but might thank you for some well rotted manure if you have some

The hole needs to be slightly wider than the crown and when planted the top of the crown needs to be at, or just below soil level.

Yes, dig in plenty of manure if you have it to hand.

Just put some in the bottom of the hole, put the crown on top (less its pot), and infil around it with the top soil you dug out. If it ends up being a slight mound thats ok, it'll stop the plant getting water logged and rotting.

In my experience of rhubarb you'll have a huge job to stop it growing no matter what you do to it.
