Well looks like I’ve bagged a free 8x6 shed, should be mine after the weekend & better still it’s on our allotment site so no transport to sort😄. More money in the kitty for a poly tunnel 😉😉

Yes, chap that has chickens, I have eggs from him when I don’t get enough from our daughters hens, said he was giving up, then he said his chickens have gone, I asked about the Chicken shed, although didn’t know if it would clean up but he said I could have his tool shed, id forgotten he’d got another, I offered to pay but he said no, so even better.

Well mine arrived Wednesday and though it wasn't by any means free, it is very nice  :D

Now filled with squash, spuds, onions and garlic - even nicer  :D  :D  :D

I have a deep wide workbench shelf on one side that it came with, plus some shallower hm efforts underneath which were salvaged from the old shed.

It does smell new and it very tidy ... that won't last   If the sun makes an appearance, I'll try and do a couple of piccies later so the interior shows up.

Well the sun didn't come out, but hopefully you can see inside.

Sacks on the floor are all the spuds  :)

Its very neat and tidy for now but as we all know, sheds accumulate 'stuff'  ;)  It creeps in unannounced, breeds in corners and lurks about waiting for the chance to fall on you

Well, today I’m going to collect my ex demo shed from Wyevale! The freebie one I was gifted didn’t appear to be going to happen & id seen this 8x6 at our local Wyevale, reduced from £499 to £375. So after a month of waiting for freebie she’d to be emptied & suspecting I might still be waiting in April I checked out Wyevale again & it was still there, so I sent our son who is very cheeky with a pocket full of cash f he got it for me for £300! So I’m very pleased, plus it’s a tad bigger than the other ( I’ll be able to keep more cr@p) it’s also very well built & strong & not needing any fixing like the other one. So we’ve borrowed a van, I’ve baked a cake, got some bacon & baked a loaf & todays the day. Hubby & I are going to dismantle it & take it to the Lottie then our daughter is com8ng to give us a hand emptying the old one, knocking it down f rebuilding the new one. Wish us luck 😄
