We are often quick to criticise so I want to praise when it is due. Last year my mum ordered two greenhouses from Gardman and my husband and sister put one of them up. Due to their inexperience, they needed to use extra clips and raided the other greenhouse packing for theirs. Fast forward to this year and mum is ready to install the second greenhouse but of course the clips have all been used. Wee email to Gardman last night and they are putting them in the post free of charge. I did offer to pay because it wasn't their fault my OH used more than he should have last time. Fabulous customer service.
