time to wash the glass outside on ya greenhouses and also do the insides ready to use white out emulsion .green house shading paint ...well wash em with a sponge n soapy water n use n old windscreen washer to dry em off .save streaks ..

then paint em ou from the top pane all over the roof .using fleece just lets the bugs have some whercosy to setup home n they hold spray from wateriong n go mouldy ..... BIG mistake in tomato houses

i use my brush attachment on the karcher does a great job with the extension lance.

dont climb on your greenhouse roof with a sponge and bucket

but shaun ya daft wassuck .most of us are not short arsed like you ,we can reach with a window squegy mop n dont have to climb up to open the front door to go out to play on us allotments . stupid boy

hey there, why use the white out emulsion? few greenhouses around me here and the old boys dont white them out.

cos i dont get my plants burned or frassled out at the top where the heat is highest mate .shading helps to stop this .i havdone this for ages and incidently so the RHO .. try it mate and you may be suprised at how healthy ur toms look

you can use debris netting to shade the greenhouse, attach it with small plastic thingys that twist into the rebates of the frame.

Shading the greenhouse diffuses the light and spreads it out more evenly and ensuring there will be less shadows and that the shadows will be lighter.
