I don't know if I am posting in the right bit, and I realise shrubs found in the local park are hardly allotment plants, but if anyone can help me identify the attached I would be grateful.  In flower at the moment.  My best guesses are a form of Abelia or a form of Weigelia but the flowers are not quite right in either case.  Help!
