Manure compost storage
« on: February 19, 2018, 22:38 »
Just been offered a large wooden pallet box which has a solid floor and sides and lid , it's very sturdy and would last a good 5 years outside and is the same size as a pallet, would this be ok to use for storing this years manure ready for use next year? If so should I drill some drain holes in the floor or keep solid?

I would drill a few holes in it to let the worms get in and to aid drainage give it a water if it gets to dry
