parsnip & ginger?
« on: February 14, 2008, 22:32 »
Being somewhat fed up with normal curried parsnip soup, I was casting around for an alternative.

Someone suggested parsnip with ginger (I assume ground, I don't like the stem type) - and probably an apple in there too.

Anyone got any views??! :?

Cheers
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

That's a good point about the sweetness - I made a normal parsnip soup with an apple in it and it was too sweet.  Maybe I'll leave the apple out, and include leeks or something else in stead.
