Yes, snap them off before they flower, they should grow some more

They look good, yum! Didn't  grow any this year, now I wish I had.

You need to harvest them now. You probably should have started to harvest then before when they were tighter. Once you have taken these more should come. I find that modern varieties are not so good at that, I suppose they are bred for commercial growing where once over the field is preferred.
